Prices
All our prices are nett and in Singapore dollars. No discounts will be given unless shown on our web page or during special promotions.

Payment Processing
We accept ONLY Internet transfer. The account number to be credited to, will be given to you in the confirmation email upon successful processing of the electronic order. For registered mail, a standard fee of $3 per item and a charge of $2 will be imposed. Please ensure that the transfer is made within the following day, after receiving our confirmation email.

For customers ordering from overseas (outside of Singapore), the freight charges and payment mode will vary. We will process your orders and contact you separately.

Cancellation of Orders
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is processed. However, you may make arrangement with us for exchange within 24 hours after you have received the order confirmation email, subject to the terms and conditions under Exchange & Refunds below.

GirlishCharm reserves the rights to cancel the order in the event that stock is not available. In this case, we will refund the amount paid to you.

Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the email address you have provided within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order, informing the transaction number and details.

Exchange & Refunds
We take pride in our products and customer satisfaction is our primary goal. Therefore, we will inspect the goods before delivering them to you. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item.

Changing of order is only allowed within 24 hours upon receiving our order confirmation email and subject to availability.

We regret to inform that cash refund is not allowed. We will do a one to one exchange (subject to availability of the particular product) for defective goods. You may wish to select other products of the same value or top up the amount less the original item.

As the pictures and products are provided by the wholesalers, the quality, color (e.g. color of lining & zip) and size of actual product may varies from each design. These are NOT deem as defect and will not be refundable. Pictures with great contrast/deviation from the actual product will be removed from this site.
